Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing JJ Interio. We aim for complete satisfaction, but due to the nature of customised interior design services, our refund terms are as follows:

1. Digital Services & Custom Work


Design services, layouts, visualisations, and interior design deliverables are tailored to your brief and are not ‘off-the-shelf’ products. Because work begins once payment is made and client details are submitted, all sales are final once work has commenced.

2. Cancellation Before Project Start


If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before submitting the project intake form. In this case, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the administrative time already spent.

3. No Refund After Project Begins


Once the project intake form has been completed and work begins, refunds are not available.

4. Exceptional Circumstances


In rare cases, we may consider a refund or partial credit at our discretion if the deliverable fails to meet the agreed scope and hasn’t progressed beyond an early stage of work.
